Elias Michan Rodrigues did a sterling job of capturing the raw feel of these great tracks by The Tricks, recorded in SAE Perth's Main studio in 2005. To get this great sound, Elias used the magic of analog tape, coupled with the Soundtracs Jade series console. Sadly, the console has now been retired and was purchased by Dean Anderson (Ex- Revolver Studios). Elias is still hard at work producing music in Mexico.

Filip Perovic harnessed the talent of class-mate Mark McEwen (The Siren Tower) and together they co-produced this powerful musical journey in three parts, featuring synchronised MIDI and live production techniques. Filip and Mark completed their respective Diploma in Music Industry courses in 2008. Filip has returned to his native Mauritius, where he works as a recording engineer.

Ben Yap came to us with an encyclopaedic knowledge of classical music composition. He enrolled in and successfully completed the Certificate III in Music (Electronic Music Production) course in 2008, during which he produced this magnum opus. The piece is hard to pigeonhole, featuring cinematic themes and myriad influences, with production trickery at every turn -a true masterwork...

James Newhouse produced these recordings of Perth indie band Skyrocket Fights during his time with us in 2005. A graduate of SAE's Diploma of Music Industry (Technical Production), James went on to forge a promising career as a live engineer, touring with great local artists like Dave Mann and Lior, before turning his focus to the studio.
