Safi is a veteran Cairo radio DJ, musician & aspiring producer. A&R at Alt Orient Records & Co-founder of Red Sea based Duf Music Studios. He is resident at Egypt's Nacelle (Sandbox) & the legendary Cairo Jazz Club, and is more than comfortable playing many different genres and sound spectrums.

Currently based on Egypt's Red Sea coast, you'll often find him plying his musical trade in quality venues and festivals across Europe, the Arab World & Asia. He is happy to play wherever people are ready to listen and receive.


Safi has been producing for radio since 2003, and currently mixes chilled oriental beats & fusions from around the world on Nile Bazaar for Cairo's Nile FM & Duf Music for Berlin's multicult.fm.
