Thomas’s Sad Theme - S1 Recreation

Here is a recreation of the infamous Mr. Hankey theme from the Season 3 episode 'Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics' as well as the album of the same name. I always like the tradtional classic Christmas song sound this has, doesn't sound out of place from the ones we all know if you ask me. Trey Parker really is a genius when it comes to both musical and comedic satire.

This is new approach. I love South Park, been a loyal fan for years. I have respect for each era of the show but the simplicity of the earlier seasons will always have a unique charm. I was commissioned to write a theme for Craig, one of the shows more blunt and monotone members of the town. I was asked to composed the music similarly to the way Adam Berry did for S1-4, a sort of MIDI orchestral sound.

I always enjoyed the original version of this song from the Mr Hankey episode, so I thought while it's the festive season to recreation the instrumental of it.

South Park - Kyle's Mom Is A Bitch In 'D Minor' - Instrumental

I've always loved the instrumentation to this so I decided to lift it from the 'Season 1' version that I did months back and finally do the big bombastic movie variant. The South Park movie soundtrack is undeniably brilliant and it's a shame they never did another one like it, a true stand out from the series.
