Welcome to the Autumn Equinox Mix 2021 by RIA

No matter where you are in the world, the March Equinox a powerful day for renewal, new beginnings, fresh energy, and a shift in our perspective.

The energies of the Equinox were said to be a magical time, where harmony fell on the planet and where we could embody an equal balance of dark and light.

For the 2021 Equinox, the asteroid Chiron is hovering near the Aries Sun, shining its influence and giving us clues as the journey to come as we begin this new astrological cycle. 

Chiron has mastered the art of taking its wounds and turning them into portals of strength and inspiration. It is Chiron’s presence that makes us feel less alone. It is Chiron’s presence that allows us to remember that our traumas need not bring us down, but can instead, be fuel for our rising.

Use the message of Chiron to remind you of your own strength and your own superpower to take the pains of the past and turn them into portals of potential.

Autumn Equinox: Chiron's Flame

This mix was created during the 5 day restrictions over Easter in Byron Bay 2021 and performed LIVE at the relaunch of the Byron Bay Ecstatic Dance Event.   This mix harnesses not only the traditional theme of death and rebirth, but actually living it during surreal elemental storms and the government restrictions that saw the cancelation of Blues Fest, and many other local events, contributing to the loss of millions of dollars, community fall-out, and a ripple effect of heartache and stemmed creative energy. This mix goes out to all those who have been affected by lock-downs, cancelations, and restrictions, and may we remember that no matter what adversity we face, we have the opportunity to rise again and remember the gift of life.
