Music can work on you in a subtle way, specific types of music played at specific frequencies, using specific notes can help particular energy centre with each of us. We each have seven main energy centres which co-incide with the major nerve plexus's  within each of us. The Mooladhara Chakra - first energy centre is at the base of our spine, when working well its qualities are pure joy and a child like innocence/sweetness.
