Vidiya Martand, Bhagat Jaswant Singh Ji (Bhagat Ji) gives a bachan on the recent COVID-19 pandemic occurring in the world. In this Bachan, Bhagat Ji explains that Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji has blessed us with Rehat Maraya (code of conduct) which states: eating meat, smoking substances, and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited. Bhagat Ji says that what we consume is the reflection of our health and well-being. 

Today, we are witnessing the entire world being affected by COVID-19. To prevent this disease from spreading, all of us should refrain from eating pleasurable foods. They also say that diseases spread from falsehood such as lying, gambling, and surrounding yourself with bad company. Further, they say that we should not use Facebook to look at the beauty of others or watch unrighteous content. We should refrain from listening and dancing to songs as Gurbani Ji says: 
ਮੇਰੇ ਮੋਹਨ ਸ੍ਰਵਨੀ ਇਹ ਨ ਸੁਨਾਏ ॥ 
O my fascinating Lord, let me not listen to the faithless cynic, 
ਸਾਕਤ ਗੀਤ ਨਾਦ ਧੁਨਿ ਗਾਵਤ ਬੋਲਤ ਬੋਲ ਅਜਾਏ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Singing his songs and tunes, and chanting his useless words. ||1||Pause||. 

Instead, chant the name of the 10 Gurus, recite and help others recite Vaheguru Mantar, as Gurbani Ji says: 
ਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਰੂਪ ॥੮॥੧॥ 
Guru Nanak Dayv is the Embodiment of the Lord of the Universe. ||8||1||
