Following on from his latest single ‘Just A Dream’ (feat. Delta Underground), San Francisco’s Luttrell a.k.a Eric Luttrell now shares the full five track EP package, ‘Music For My Memories Pt. 1’, the first of a trilogy of works to be shared throughout 2021. 

An Anjunadeep fan favourite, Luttrell has provided some of the label’s most memorable moments since launching his project back in 2016, including ‘Intergalactic Plastic', ‘Contact’ and ‘Need You’, which all won resounding support from BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac, Danny Howard and Pete Tong. The past three years have seen Eric release two acclaimed LPs, his debut ‘Into Clouds’ and follow up ‘Lucky Ones’, along with a wave of well-received singles and remixes for the likes of Moby, Jai Wolf, Catching Flies and Above & Beyond; helping amass over 55 million streams throughout his career to date.

Opening with cinematic deep cut ‘Ex Nihilo’, Eric shares two more new originals in ‘Snoop Dawk’ and project title track ‘Music For My Memories’, with downtempo ‘Reflections Vol. 2’ highlight ‘October Song’ and recent single ‘Just A Dream’ completing the package.

This week's episode of Global Vibe Radio is a full recording of Tripeo's 4-hour set at TAG in Chengdu, China on Feb 23rd of 2019.

A soundtrack for dark cellars and strobe filled clubs, molded from a pure and uncut techno template. That’s what Darko Esser’s Tripeo alter ego is only and all about. His ‘First Trip’ debut at the end of 2012 took the techno scene by storm and received massive support from key figures around the globe. Now that the dust has started to settle down, it has become clear that Tripeo is here to stay.

His work since has found a home on labels such as Theory, BALANS, PoleGroup, Deep Sound Channel as well as 4 new vinyl-only Trips on his self-titled imprint. Tripeo is a force to be reckoned with on stage as well, as he proved in his machine funk-driven live shows as well as tireless, hypnotic DJ sets in some of the finest clubs and festivals around, as this recording we are presenting to you today proves.

The Berlin native Black Lotus is a multi-talent, plays at venues all across Europe and made herself into a sought after artist in no-time. She made a mix exclusively for Selektor.

The German DJ and producer has a broad creative background that includes acting, graphic design, performance art, photography and many more, but of course also music. Although she's only begun her musical journey in 2016, she already has a release on Flash Recordings, Florian Meindl's label, named Resilience. The Berlin native has regular appearances at renowned clubs like Griessmuehle, KitKat Club and Suicide Circus and also had gigs at large festivals like Exit Festival in Serbia. Earlier this year saw the release of Aether, with a remix of the Dutch producer Jeff Rushin and at the end of 2019 Black Lotus will launch her own vinyl only label Luminal rec., featuring the already popular dance floor track Omnipresent as the first release. 

The purist sound of Black Lotus has a hypnotising working and takes you to the heart of Berlin, the way it sounds in clubs like Berghain and Tresor.

Up next on Enhanced Progressive we bring you three dazzling remixes of Steve Brian & RENÉE's 'Sweet Little Lies'.

One of the highlight tracks from Steve Brian's second album '1986', 'Sweet Little Lies' sees the German producer blend his classic progressive trance sound with an anthemic vocal from Dutch vocalist RENÉE.

Up first on remixing duties is Hungarian producer Myon. His pumped up, undeniably groovy and bass-heavy sound is always a highlight, and he doesn't disappoint here with a slick 'Summer of Love' mix that is destined for festival and arena stages the world over. Swedish producer Johan Vilborg follows with a trailblazing, upbeat remix, creating a pristine blend of progressive house and trance that hits a golden sweet spot. Dutch producer Disfunktion wraps it up with a supremely uplifting remix that delights with thrilling production, turning the original into an exhilarating romp.

Saint Peter (Piotr Świętochowski) is a Warsaw-based DJ, promoter, and enthusiast of electronic music. He is the founder of the mésalliance brand and the co-founder of the "Znamy się z Techno" community.

Saint Peter is distinguished by his incredible energy during performances and his unique style in music selection, which is characterized by diversity and great versatility. Behind the decks, he most often presents an energetic mix of pumping groovy techno, hardgroove, and hard techno, typically oscillating around 140 and 150 bpm. As he says, "No matter what you play, the most important thing in electronic dancefloor music is the groove that does not let you stand still."

He has performed at numerous venues across Poland, including clubs such as Smolna (Warsaw), Luzztro (Warsaw), Crackhouse (Gdańsk), Bunkier (Gdańsk), Sfinks700 (Sopot), STK-47 Warehouse (Kraków), Kombinat (Płock), Kultura Wysoka (Warsaw), Mózg (Bydgoszcz), Sixa (Katowice), Transformator (Wrocław), NRD (Toruń), as well as at festivals such as Wisłoujście 2021 (Gdańsk), Sadzimy Techno Las 2022 & 2023 (Stefanów), and Middle of Summer 2021, 2022, and 2023 (Płock).

Together with SkullFellaz, he hosts a popular series of events featuring electronic music at the Luzztro club in Warsaw - Techno Therapy Session.

In early 2021, he was nominated in the "Discovery of the Year 20XX" category of the music industry plebiscite organized by muno.pl - Munoludy.
