Chronisch Harmonisch

Die Tage sind kalt, das Jahr neigt sich dem Ende. Zeit neben der allgegenwärtigen Weihnachtsmusik, auch mal wieder in einen neuen Mix mit knappen 2 Stunden Deep House und Melodic Techno einzutauchen.

Ich wünsche wie immer viel Spass und keine Krämpfe beim Füße wippen .....

Wintertime - Dez 22

Mia Mangata entdeckte ihre Liebe für elektronische Musik vor 18 Jahren in Frankfurt am Main. 2016 zog sie nach Berlin und spielte 3 Jahre später ihre ersten Gigs im Nachtleben der Hauptstadt. Kurz darauf folgten die ersten Features von Jeden Tag ein Set. Entstanden in den USA, resonierte der stampfende 4/4-Takt in Deutschland zunächst vor allem zwischen der Mainmetropole und Berlin zu dem Phänomen, zu dem wir heute alle tanzen. Und genau aus dieser Resonanz zieht Mia Mangata ihren treibenden Sound. Mit ihren facettenreichen Sets hat Mia Mangata bereits in verschiedensten Clubs ihre musikalischen Spuren hinterlassen: vom Ritter Butzke, Mensch Meier und KitKatClub in Berlin über den Waagenbau in Hamburg bis hin zum Odonien in Köln. Neben Festivals in Polen und Deutschland war sie außerdem auf dem Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in den Niederlanden zu hören. Mias energetischer Stil reicht von Techno, Progressive House und Indie Dance bis hin zu Melodic Techno. Der findet sich auch in ihrem ersten Track “Irregular” wieder, den sie gemeinsam mit Floordrobe produziert hat. Als M² aka Mia Mangata ist die Berliner Künstlerin vor allem für ihre energetischen Peak Time Techno Sets bekannt.

Darin Epsilon is a well known Los Angeles based DJ and the mastermind behind Perspectives Digital . We find him in full form with his Miami friend Philip Chedid for a collab named “Endless Sands of Time” out soon on Parquet Recordings.

From Argentina to Kenya and the U.K, Darin delivers sharp Deep House and melodic Techno sets to his eager fans who always want more. Back in 2011, the Chicago native won a competition orchestrated by Beatport and mister John Digweed himself. Since then, Darin’s special skills as a producer put him to the top, with signings on Chapter 24, Global Underground, Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat and Microcastle.

Former Leiden, Holland resident Philip Chedid is an up and coming DJ now based in Forida, he is part of a new generation of artists hailing from the Wynwood area of Miami. His sets are a reflection of the “Burning Man” sound, in the festival’s best years, with a lot of acoustic elements.

The two are meeting on Solee’s imprint, Parquet Recordings, home of D-Nox & Beckers, Oliver Schories and Boss Axis. “Endless Sands of Time” sounds like a real collaboration featuring the mystical vibes of Darin and the Middle East influences of Philip. The song is no dance floor banger, but instead a spiritual poem with beautiful vocals and melodies.

“Endless Sands of Time” will drop on August 1st on Parquet Recordings.

Für davor, danach und mittendrin. Von Pol zu Pol, eingetunkt und abgespult. Mal durchgepustet für den Kopf, mal stark gedämpft für unten rum.

Ein wahrer Echtlax fühlt sich erst so richtig wohl, wenn er mit den anderen LachsInnen im Rudel durch die heimische Wümme schwimmt. Leider ist dieses froydige Naturschauspiel im letzten Jahr aufgrund von höherer Gewalt ausgefallen. Doch ein Lax muss tun was ein Lax tun muss & lässt sicherlich den Kopf nicht hängen.. Stattdessen gibt's ein dickes Brett für alle Daheimgebliebenen, damit wir gemoynsam voller Oyphorie und Vorfroyde gen Übermoyn schauen können.
