Foi baseado na estética do “early two thousands”(início dos anos 2000) que Francesca se inspirou para fazer o remix de “Se tá solteira”, de de FBC, Vhoor e Mac Julia. A track que já está disponível para free download, resgata um pouco da sonoridade, imagem e estilo que a artista quer trazer para sua identidade em 2022. 

“O albúm "Baile" dos produtores musicais: VHOOR & FBC. resgata muito isso, beats de Miami Bass e consequentemente as coisas que nós do Brasil ouvíamos sampleadas desses lugares, nos anos 2000. A ideia do remix é trazer essa estética grunge meio red flag, russian radio pras pistas, misturando beats e elementos brasileiros”, conta Francesca, que resgata inspirações também da infância. 

“Cresci em um bairro periférico de Búzios, então eu ouvia demais funk antigo na minha rua, estilo Furacão 2000”, lembra a artista.

O convite para a collab com a DJ Elisa Amaral veio de um evento em comum, o famoso FAU (Festival de Ativação Urbana), no Rio de Janeiro. Ambas estão escaladas para o palco principal do mesmo lineup, no próximo dia 25 de dezembro, e tiveram a ideia de criar algo especial para o festival de cultura urbana.

“Fizemos esse remix também inspirado no festival, e vamos lançar ele ao vivo por lá, em primeira mão, para quem quiser conferir”, conta Elisa, também curadora artística do FAU, que espera mais de 10 mil pessoas para esse retorno. Elisa, que por sua vez, está fazendo seu debut com o primeiro remix lançado, fala da nostalgia do convite para a collab.

“Passei minha adolescência frequentando bailinhos cariocas e Furacão 2000, então foi nostalgia desde o primeiro momento do convite, fiquei bem feliz, é uma referência que assim como da Fran, também faz parte da minha história, então casou muito bem. Quando ouvi a primeira ideia da track, lembrei logo do timbre do Tokyo Drift, que é um clássico. Como a gente queria fazer uma ‘pegada pista’  pra casar com nossas identidades sonoras, achei que essa seria uma ótima aposta”.

ODY DOZZ is a DJ as well as a producer born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, based in Sydney. Since 2000 he’s been in the electronic music industry and by 2012 he produced several tracks under the Moniker Wawawee with various Malaysian record labels such as Love International, 220V Recordings, and Dalam Muzika. In 2015 he moved to Sydney and began a residency for local promoters and labels, WeLove and Something Else. He got two remix tracks and a compilation track 'WeLove Affair' released on WeLove Recordings. His track 'Nafas' was released with a Minimalaysia compilation in the end of 2020 and in early 2021.

He will be releasing a new single called “Halimunan” with SALA Records Indonesia. The sound of Halimunan represents his love of deep hypnotic sounds and most mystical ambient downtempo, minimal house, and techno. Halimunan will be remixed by two artists from Indonesia named Reno Renatama, Rulli, and Dealis (inemur music) from Italy.
