a breakup album because i had some unfinished business.
now it's not really about messy breakups like taylor swift or something, it's more about those slow deaths a relationship can have when it just fizzles out over years. and in a way i think that can hit harder than a relationship that suddenly crashes and burns.

at least for me it did, evidently, as i'm sitting here, over a year later, posting an EP about it.

the album is not perfect, but as good as it will get
