Can you hear the eruption of my anger. Like a bomb. The mechanisms rubbing  together before the blow.
They'll never be peace in your soul. You're much too gone. So far you think your on top. 
Facts are the reality that stings. Time it goes as fast as it comes. One moment here. In another it's gone. 
Been so long. Set in your ways. No answers to make you sway.
You will never lead me to destruction. I have had your number. Well before you knew my name.
Your arrogance knows no bounds, it's a sickness that's spread.
You think you're untouchable, that the world's at your beck and call.
But the truth is you're empty, a shell without a soul,
Chasing fleeting pleasures that can never make you whole.
The pedestal you've placed yourself upon is built on sand,
Crumbling beneath the weight of your misguided demands.
You may think you're in control, that no one can bring you down,
But the higher you climb, the harder the fall when you hit the ground.
I see through your facade, the facade you try to maintain.
Beneath that tough exterior, there's only fear and pain.
You try to hide it all, to keep up this act of might,
But the cracks are showing, your weakness is in plain sight.
So keep on your path of destruction, keep pushing everyone away.
But know that your lonely reign won't last, it's only a matter of time before it all fades away.
The peace you seek will never come, not while you're so far astray.
The only way to find true solace is to change, to find a better way.
