I played 17:00 - 20:00 on sunday night after @anouschkardt and before bunch of legends @djnobu_bitta @sandrien @dvs1 @dasha-rush @freddy_k_berlin @peter-kuschnereit & @jakojako_live 
The atmosphere, the vibe, the sound, the lighting and the dancers at this event were beyond 🤌🥰, one that will remain in my books for sure! Thank you to the two crews for hosting me amongst a crazy lineup!

The story of Tbilisi’s seminal techno movement couldn’t have been written without at least a wink and a nod in Nebbieri’s direction. She’s a homegrown and integral part of Bassiani whose musical references include Kate Bush, Psychic TV, Brian Eno, Autechre and Venetian Snares. From this you might be able to infer an ambient and math-heavy streak in her output and during her more purist techno and breakbeat outings that could be up for debate. Not here though: for experimental mix series Zenaari, Nebbieri’s been given carte blanche to really delve into her most profound influences, and they include not only music, but a fascination with sci-fi that really fleshes out her creative vision (picture neon-lit cityscapes and dramatic blood-red skies). There’s something strange and healing at work for Zenaari Mix 009, nostalgic and familiar yet fresh and visceral. Through her glitchy and evocative patchwork of tracks, Nebbieri finds soul in the machine and develops her own parlance with it: dial up clicks, ritualistic echoes and sentimental meditations, this is an hour of incongruent beats and humanoid synths for a coming age.

Returning to the Podcast for yet another round of Mach 4 techno comes Mala Junta head honcho DJ Tool, a live recording from his clubnight’s Bassiani takeover back in March. The Danish-born, German-based selector and former Fast Forward collaborator is every bit the sound and feel of Copenhagen, the gritty, trance-focused beats that have found a home in the Danish city run through his work like liquid mercury and now have Berlin in their grasp. L.F.T. - Electronic project of Hamburg-based DJ, producer, and live-performer, KHIDI resident Johannes Haas, founder of the experimental sound label Neoprimitive and an author of several interesting releases on labels such as Mannequin Records, Mechatronica, Return To Disorder and others

Knaughty is a local resident of KHIDI, a multimedia artist and a co-founder of the queer collective LEASH. Knaughty’s essence lies in embracing the artistic tapestry of their environment, translating this vision into their musical expressions

SF’s Pteron returns to Ommaya Records following last year’s split EP Egosphere with kk.Shucko, offering an immense excavation of tension and rhythmic mystery on Alpheratz. The opening’s quiet pull intensifies until it parts like a veil, revealing a meticulously sculpted deep-space landscape. “Che” and “Outer Orbit” push deeper into fog-laden percussive interplay, perfectly suited to a Bay Area warehouse. "Face Off" delivers sharp-edged, gritty bass manipulations and rhythmic shards that feel crafted for techno wayfarers in pursuit of the ever-elusive drop.

Remixes arrive from Brooklyn’s Sobolik, key member of Kindergarten Records and All Centre, and SF scene staple Oso Feo of Sutro FM, each reframing the EP for distinct underground territories. Sobolik’s take on “Alpheratz” channels the original’s tension into shimmering polyrhythms and expansive synthwork, opening the track into a luminous, trance-adjacent space, while Oso Feo’s remix of “Face Off” strips it into a low-slung, slow-burning roller that hums with restrained intensity, tailor-made for dawn-lit dance floors.
