to answer the question in the url: in the demo of OMORI, there weren't enough healing items for players to pick up. obviously to solve this solution they had to put in more healing items, but they had no place to put some of them so they resorted to putting ramen in toilets. it managed to get into the final game because the developers thought it was funny i guess
