Born in Bargino, Italy, raised in Belfast, N. Ireland Steve Salterszo is a new independent, singer/songwriter, with roots in Country, Folk and Soft Rock music.
Self taught musician and one man band, Steve draws on influences from his early passions for the likes of Led Zeppelin to current influences such as Ron Sexsmith and Bruce Springsteen, to bring you a mix of soft rock, folk and country style. There's a little of everything that, whilst drawn from so many genres, has something to offer everyone.
He has delivered over 9 albums to date available on itunes and Bandcamp. Steve has little gems like “Welcome to Paradise”, that achieved a semifinalist spot in the UK Songwriting competition , a song featured on XRP, Durham and other Radio Station play lists.
