Metapop Remix comp. 295: Nadia Struiwigh - "Feroit"
I wanted to add a pulsating (pun intended) beat to the incredible soundscape I was hearing but without drowning or mechanising the smooth atmosphere of the original. My solution to this challenge was to use Granualar synthesis to add organic and highly textured percussive sounds.
