Welcome back once again to the Depth Perception Sessions.

This week we welcome The very talented Clawz SG from Lille, France.

Bio:

Born in the city of Lille, Frenchman Clawz SG has been a devout electronic music enthusiast for a very long time. After many years of clubbing his passion naturally flourished, inspiring him to immerse himself even further into the music scene.

It’s only recently however, that his name has started to circulate, becoming synonymous with the current Deep House and Melodic Techno sounds of today. Nevertheless, Clawz SG stays true to his roots and remains an old-school synth aficionado from way back, having collected an impressive selection of numerous analogue vintage synthesizers over the years.

His ardour for producing was originally something he engaged in purely for himself and his friends, however after much support and encouragement he finally decided to take that final step, thus paving way for the birth of Clawz SG. His debut release with Parquet Recordings in 2014, was a significant mile stone clocking up two highly acclaimed collaborated tracks titled “Obvious” and “Abyss”.

The success from Parquet 082 cemented a solid springboard for his musical art form and it opened the flood gates to a succession of accomplished releases. To date he has remixed and produced originals with a number of well-established labels, including Steyoyoke, Inner Symphony, TRAUM, Natura Viva, Inlab Recordings, Blendwerk, Save Us Records and Making You Dance Records.

Zaria (@zaria-sound), founder of Valkyria Records (@valkyriarecords), is a melodic techno artist with a background in classical piano and a variety of other instruments. Her music production journey began in September 2018 and since then she has released several EPs and singles on a variety of labels around the world. Her eclectic musical history and passion for melody gives her a unique sound that is simultaneously dark and uplifting.

Bio:

D Mayer started his career as a DJ and Producer in 2018, since then he has been developing artistically. The Brazilian seeks to express an identity in his works with melodic and progressive compositions using a lot of feeling in his music. He likes to work with percussive elements and strong timbres, being heavily influenced by brass and string instruments.
He released his first song on Mind Connector Records in 2021, Stoycism was his debut and very well accepted, with that came the invitation for a remix, his second track that would be released by the same label a few months later. Constantly evolving, D Mayer has his first EP released by Prototype Music, the "Imagine This”. And just released his track Valley of Souls by Prisma Techno.
D Mayer, in addition to presenting his monthly podcast, the Taping, is co-founder of the Melodic Eye project.

It was a really sunny day, we provided our PA, had a local Jazz band perform, some DJ Friends played vinyls after up until 9PM when I took over to bring the Ethereal Techno vibes to the party until midnight! Hope you like the set, I had a really great day and it was a lot of fun to play these tunes 🥳

PS: Sorry for the audio, was plugged into a different mixer and accidentally recorded in mono as well :/
