Clif Jack's record label, MJA the Vision, welcomes back Ilona Maras with this slamming two-track techno release.

Ilona Maras had an impressive year in 2025 with debuts on imprints including The YellowHeads' Reload, Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave, and Victor Ruiz's VOLTA.

She starts 2026 with her fourth solo release on MJA the Vision, and after a peak time opener, it drops into a raw and hypnotic groove with old school synths.

Born in Montenegro, but living in Switzerland, Ilona Maras is a resident at the world-famous Hive Club in Zurich, where she plays alongside some of the globe's most iconic DJs. She is also a headline artist in her own right, and regularly travels to play shows in other countries.

The title track, ""Midnight Talks"" opens the release with its booming kick drum and pulsating acid bassline. It's led by a warping arpeggio that swells as the track unfolds, and a boisterous vocal loop provides the main focal point.

""Walking the Clouds"" has churning industrial textures and hypnotic melody chords stretched over gritty percussion. Its relentless energy and fast-paced rhythms ensure an adrenaline-fuelled dance floor experience.

BCCO Premiere: Ilona Maras - Midnight Talks [MJATV020]

Kid93 is back on the label, this time with Pixma and their collaboration in the form of 4-track EP.

We start off with 'Breaking Up' that instantly sets the foundation of this EP, with artists diving into deep hypnotic territory, driven by shuffled drums and an elastic bassline that keeps the floor locked in motion.

'Harajuku Jack' (Kid93 with MC Spanish Fly) follows with high-energy funk, rolling percussion and sharp vocal hooks built for peak-time moments.

Pixma’s 'Enfield' - a dark rolling monster with a mind-bending sequence and groove designed for late-night and after-hours sessions.

Closing the EP, 'Old Skool' delivers a raw, groove-led techno cut rooted in classic influences and refined through modern production. Gritty drums, punchy low-end and a timeless rhythm make it the defining track of the release and a strong opener for any rolling techno set.
