Jagwar Ma - Man I Need (Temples Remix)

This Sangoma episode features DAKSINAMURTI's Live Set 2022. Daksinamurti is a psychedelic trance artist, ethnologist, label manager and producer from Marburg, Germany. Together with his friend Emiel he founded and runs the label Sangoma Records. Till has been performing at events and festivals worldwide since the year 2000. Upon discovering Goatrance on the beaches of India in the early 90’s, Daksinamurti developed a diverse and insatiable thirst for studying the effects of psychedelic music on the body and mind. Combined with his passion of anthropology, his journey in music has been distinguished by his desire to discover and the depths of psychoacoustic application in music. About this set, Daksi says: "This mix was meant to be a showcase for my album but ended up as a mix of my contemporary music, music from my just released album and some sneak peaks of what is coming in the near future. It contains some solo work and collaborations with Cosinus, Peyotes, Eritas, N3xu5, Killawatt, Yabba Dabba, Superluminal (Kabayun & Yasmin), Lemurians, Oksha, Yebah & Via Axis.

Sangoma presents KONEBU in this episode with a live set titled 'The Storyteller', which contains only unreleased tracks, except one! These are Konebu's newest upcoming tracks. Lucas Leone is the mind behind the Konebu project, a music producer for over 15 years. He was also part of the Tijah project with his partner Juliano until 2014. Konebu music is marked by a dancing sound and deep sound layers, moving between different lines of psychedelic music, Konebu follows no rules and there is no definite genre for his music.

Jungle Calling is a compilation made by Djs Govinda & Mikel and inspired by the wild jungle gathering we have been putting up in Goa since few years now. After more then 10 years of experience taking active part in festivals like Boom, Ozora, Sonica, Modem, Blackmoon and others we finally decided to open a record label and release music from our favourite artists selecting tracks from the most known ones like Ajja, Drip Drop, Gaspard and Dsompa. but also some emergent ones like Brain jam, Overload and Dimmitrion to give voice to great new artists that haven't been discovered by the audience yet. The type of sounds that we have been selecting is a mixture of organic feelings, groovy baselines and crunchy leads aiming to take you into a powerful hypnotic experience. The dance floor has been our biggest passion for many years, that's why our hope is that these tunes will bring you into a new dimension like it did to us in the last parties... The winter solstice is the day with the shortest period of daylight and longest night of the year, when the Sun is at its lowest daily maximum elevation in the sky. Since prehistory, the winter solstice has been seen as a significant time of year in many cultures, and has been marked by festivals and rituals. It marked the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun.
