Sufjan Stevens is one of my favorite musicians. I love his chord progressions, and his creativity always inspires me. When I first heard My Rajneesh, I was blown away. I felt like I was taken on a crazy ride for 11 minutes. Some of Sufjan's songs are a bit long and wacky at times, but there were some parts of this original song that I kept rewinding to hear again. I decided to cut some of those parts I love out, mash them together with some downtempo flavor, and slowed it down for a nice melodic journey.
