Walk softly and carry a big stick, as the saying goes. Or in Mas Kato's case, a massive stack of minimal house on wax. Indonesian/Melburnian Mas Kato has quietly risen through the Melbourne scene to become the most in demand minimal DJ, whilst running the mysterious Tokyo Love Hotel Collective. 

It was when Kato saw the record collection of The PDC and The Olivas that he decided to collect vinyl, and subsequently his status amongst his DJ peers increased. Nowadays it is common to catch him playing vinyl only, and the progression seems natural. Kato brings the vibe of an Indonesian island archipelago mixed with underground Berlin. Its this cultural fusion vibe that his fans crave, along with impeccable track selection.

This vibe is House. A little house, latin house, afro house, hip-hop vibes -- all my favorite flavors of house. 

Each time I tinker and record, I learn a bit more about what NOT to do and what is working.

Nacido en Uruguay, desde muy chico siempre estuvo acompañado por la música, donde escucha por primera vez los sonidos de la música electrónica de productores como Jean Michel Jarre y Vangelis entre otros. En su adolescencia conoce la electrónica de pista y posteriormente comienza a vincularse en el ambiente, tanto en Punta del Este como en Montevideo. Pasados los 2000 comienza a probarse como DJ en diferentes eventos, donde incursionó en los sonidos del trance, minimal, tribal, deep house, hasta posicionarse como promotor del Progressive House y más actualmente Organic House y Melodic House. 
Miembro fundador de proyectos como:
radiomix.com, 1er portal de música electrónica del Uruguay y 1ra radio online 24/7. Actualmente maneja deepinsessions.com con diferentes sub proyectos de Podcasts promocionando su trabajo y el de DJs de todas partes del mundo.
Su proyecto Alchemyst UY se presenta como la conjunción de la música y la numerología, algo que nace luego de conocer el trabajo de Pitágoras y lo que se llama "Música de las esferas"

Swedish Chinese American singer/songwriter, composer, and producer Samanta Liza is a self-taught musical medium. 

Her music is a fusion of dance, 90s electronic trip hop, mid-1800s classical piano, 60s-70s psychedelic rock, tribal percussion, and pop melodies. Some of her favorite artists include Portishead, Chopin, Pink Floyd, Lana Del Rey, and Billie Eilish. Her haunting sound and ethereal vocals captivate listeners, transporting them to an otherworldly dimension. 

Samanta spent most of her 20s in New York City, where she established a presence in the underground rave scene. She has performed at staple nightlife venues such as Mercury Lounge, Paradise Club, and Elsewhere (The Hall). 

Now based in LA, Samanta is preparing to release her second solo album, uninvited (September 2024). She is also a composer for the NYC-based contemporary dance company, Company Rouge, which had their debut show in NYC (May 2024).
