Prabho Ganapathe is one of the tracks I composed from the third installment of the Yuva Rhythms albums. The arrangement combines jazz, blues, gospel, and Indian classical influences while the lyrics are based off of the centuries old tune with the same name.

This is a string quartet I composed based on "La Foto Salio Movida," a short story by Julio Cortazar, a famous Spanish Surrealist writer. It explores Surrealist elements and has a wide usage of the whole tone scale.

The Photo Came Out Blurred for String Quartet

This is a brass quintet I composed based on the massacre of Oradour-sur-Glane, France in June 1944 when the Germans slaughtered the village. It communicates the German's initial march, the plundering of the village, and the tragic aftermath of the entire situation.

Crying Ghosts for Brass Quintet

This is a track for a scene from the movie "Pancho, El Perro Millonario" when two of the main characters have a duel. It combines elements of action with comedy.

This is composed for a scene from the TV Show, "Gran Hotel," when Julio and Alicia, the two main characters, finally share their first kiss next to the ocean at the end of the season. However, they immediately realize that it was a mistake, and Alicia runs away, leaving Julio and the audience to wonder what the future holds for them.

This is a track composed for a scene from "Life of Pi," when Pi and the tiger are alone on the boat in the middle of the night. The tiger is staring into the water, and when Pi goes to see what the tiger is looking at, the camera pans into the ocean. Inside the ocean, we see various fantastical scenes of various animals and images that cover a wide array of emotions that Pi is feeling. In the end, the camera zooms out and we are left with Pi alone again on the boat, realizing that everything was a hallucination.

In this track, I've tried to convey all of these different emotions of loneliness, fantasy, hallucinations, and others, and combined Indian Bansuri flute with an orchestra.
