Buenísimos días familia, comenzamos un año nuevo y continuamos con nuestro podcast, en ésta ocasión tenemos el enorme placer de presentaros a éste joven dj que lleva años dando de qué hablar y nos trae éste increíble set repleto de buenas mezclas enfocado en los subgéneros como son el retro breaks, funky, nuskool, actual, techbreaks... Sin mucho más que decir os dejamos disfrutar del set y no olvidéis compartir si os mola!!!
Óscar, más conocido como Kobain, es un amante de los ritmos rotos
nacido en el 99, cuyos géneros preferidos son el Drum & Bass y el
Breakbeat.

Empezó a mezclar música en 2017, siendo un año después cuando le veríamos participar en free
parties o raves en Sevilla, creando su propio público formado principalmente por jóvenes de la
ciudad. A partir de entonces no ha dejado de perfeccionar su técnica y estilo, así como la
elaboración de una amplia biblioteca con música de lo más rebuscada. Tras su gran aceptación
ante el público de la escena underground, llegar a debutar en salas en Sevilla en 2019. Más
adelante ha ido creciendo y ampliando sus actuaciones en clubs y salas por su ciudad y varias
provincias de Andalucía, Cataluña e Inglaterra.

Sus sets siempre van cargados de energía, contundencia y movimiento con una clara tendencia hacia sonidos oscuros junto a baterías con presencia, siempre dándole
un toque funky y animado. En cuanto al Drum & Bass, su estilo se decanta por el techstep, deep, minimal, roller y
neurofunk. Si echamos un ojo a sus sets de Breakbeat, hay de todo: puro retro breaks, nuskool, actual, funky, minimal, techbreak, etc. La combinación de diferentes subgéneros manteniendo una línea y estilo propio es lo que más caracteriza a Kobain en sus sets.

En 2021 lanza el proyecto Pray 4 Rave junto a sus compañeros (Vertx, Moonshin3r, DNX, Basst, TKT, Redfelp y Fito) con fin de crear contenido para el público, así como ofrecer eventos de calidad, lanzar música como sello y mucho más. Estrenándose como promotora en Bristol, UK en enero de 2022, P4R consigue un sold out con Mark Dinimal de cabeza de cartel y artistas locales.
Siendo este un buen punto de partida, los integrantes se comprometen a trabajar en futuros proyectos musicales con constancia y dedicación.

A día de hoy actúa con frecuencia tanto en eventos de Drum and Bass como de Breakbeat, contando ya con más de 30 sesiones en directo.
También cabe destacar el público que ha ido logrando crear en la plataforma Soundcloud, donde es posible disfrutar de una gran
variedad de mixes. Cuenta ya con más de 1000 seguidores y más de 100k reproducciones.

440 Hz is a producer and relentless digger based in Nantes. With a background in sound engineering, he explores the fringes of bass music through hybrid textures and sharp sound design, with a strong focus on detail and impact. His new EP, Transient, reflects this approach — a project that’s both introspective and physical, shaped by influences from the Australian and UK scenes (Iota, Ok EG, Sam Brickell…).

Blending ambient and bass, Transient brings together airy melodies and dense low-end, driven by tight, organic rhythms. A sense of nostalgia runs throughout, echoing childhood memories and raw sonic tension. Two remixes by Neida and Portway extend this dynamic with their own distinct textures.
