To all those who live, and all those who have gone. This is a song that means more to me than any other that I have written. This song took me 2 years to write and I began writing it at the start of 2022. For a while I had a block with this song, until something moved me to pick it up again in the second half of last year. I spent so much time on this song, because I knew what the message was to be from the start, and I knew I wanted to do it right. Upwards of 400 different channels, a 34gb project with over 42 different languages within this song from friends, acquaintances, and perfect strangers (also computer robots) all saying the same words. I am not religious, I do not believe in any God/s. I believe that collectively we are the commanders of our own destiny on this planet. I do not believe in any divine plans. That being said I am spiritual, I believe in the power of prayer and good intention. This song is exactly that. It is a prayer, for there to be what the 42+ different languages in the song are asking for. For there to be “no more war”. These are the words these languages utter in this song. Beyond all the politics and complexity of all our different views, I think it is simple to see, that for the most part if we knew it would be safe to forgive our enemy and let go of the need to go to war against them, I think most of us can agree that we would prefer peace. We do not want war. The chain of cause and effect, the system that surrounds us exerts this invisible force over us to force us to do horrible things against eachother, just as Tolstoy said in his book “War and Peace”, after which this song was named. 
  
  In this day and age, I find it increasingly impossible to remain at peace with my community while discussing my political views. Once I was very vocal about many topics online, now it is far too much energy I have not had the ability to give into. I will talk with somebody in person or in public, but online there are to many divisive factors for me personally to tackle. Instead I put the energy of what I believe in into music. There is no other way. To write something different than what I've been feeling intensely, would be to lie. And I think honesty sounds much better. Although the words “no more war” very clearly highlight the message this song is sending out to the universe, there are no amounts of words that could better describe the intention I have for this song then the music itself. (also the crazy ass ai video I made to go with it. Thankyou ai overlords) 

I hope this song brings all beings closer to dancing together as one. 

This was a collaborative work from countless people from various cultures all over the earth.

Bon Organisk aka Morkorganisk: For her incredible singing voice that features in the final build and main climax of the song. (One of the most insane hidden talents I’ve ever come across, her artwork is amazing too) Thankyou !

Janine Raguda: For her artwork that is the album art of the song and inspired the algorithms that created the AI video. This piece “every step you take” really resonated with the story of the track. You can find out more about her art at Janine.Vallery.Hoffman. Thankyou ! 

All the beautiful people who were willing to share their native language within this song through the words “No More War”, there are so many to mention and some people were strangers who I may never see again, but wherever you all are thank you so much from the bottom of my heart
