nice reflective music. Amazing how a little reverb and delay can help the brain to feel relaxed. Perfectly unstanable though with a little evoluntionary knowledge. Singing birds can have the same effect. Back when predators were a threat singing brids usually meant there were none close by.

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to balance your Solar Plexus Chakra. 
The solar plexus/ navel Chakra, or Manipura, is located between the navel and breastbone. It represents our personal power system and the seat of our ego, strength and anger. 
Respective organs are the stomach, intestines, gallbladder, liver, pancreas and spleen. 
When the solar plexus is open, we are confident, in control and feel immense self-esteem. A blockage here can represent digestion or liver/gallbladder issues and spiritually cause an inability to control oneself and or fear of rejection. Its associated color is yellow.

When your Manipura Chakra is balanced you are full of energy, effectiveness, spontaneity and the power of a true leader. You will take on a task and complete it and not be bound by perfectionism. You will radiate warmth and love to all and have confidence, self-respect and self-power.

The Manipura is associated with several characteristics:
- avoiding relationships of co-dependency
- releasing fear of being different
- learning to take responsibility
- remembering that knowledge is power
- negative notions about power
- Importance of discipline
- earning self respect
- learning to say "no"
- developing leadership skill

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Sun (126.22 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to balance and heal the Solar Plexus chakra (Manipura). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

Dedicated to Norberto Jurasek, my best friend and wisest teacher, who 3 years ago left this world. I am so grateful for having known him and for the love and wisdom he has shown me. Norberto, From my 1st workshop with him in October 2015: "We all have our work to do. And here together in these workshops we have a great opportunity to do a lot of work with the help of our medicine. But there is a parallel growth. Beyond fixing this and that in your life, we grow by experiencing the love, the thing beyond death. You cannot hold onto it. It must be experienced again and again. But by getting that experience again and again, you build the trust : that love is IT, and always will be. And maybe that is this lesson which is the deepest of all". ALWAYS dear Norberto. This is a one hour "SoundBath". This is based around the tones for the Third Eye or Ajna Chakra. This also includes a 4.5 hertz monaural beat. The track contains classical guitar, Tingsha, Tibetan Singing Bowls, percussion, voice, Native American Flute and nature sounds.

SoundBath - Ajna Movement #1  (1 hour version)

This is a recording of a set of singing bowls.  The root bowl is C#, the Aum tone or Earth tone.  The other bowls are harmonized with the Chakras in this scale.

These types of singing bowls have been used since ancient times in meditations and healing work.  They are traditionally made with 7 metals representing the 7 planets that the tibetan monks were aware of at the time.  The bowls produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones that affect body and mind on a deep level.  The bowl set here is based on the Earth tone.  This is also known as "Om" and is the calculated sound signature of the Earth as it travels around the sun. In Indian music this is also called the Sadja. The corresponding bowls were matched according to the Chakra system in Ayurvedic medicine.  This also corresponds roughly with the western major scale.
