Recorded Live from Denver, Colorado after the Tale of Us - Into the Afterlife Halloween Party (which was amazing) on October 25th, 2013.  Props go out to the Afterhours Anonymous crew for their continued hard work putting on awesome events and helping the Denver scene grow and flourish.

This was some of the most fun I've ever had DJing and probably the best party weekend I've experienced since I moved to Denver.  

It was so great reuniting with some old friends and meeting some wonderful new ones.  Your combined loving energy inspires me and inspired this live set.  Big thanks to all who shared that dancefloor space, it was one to remember for sure!  

A very special thanks to Eric Collins for opening his home and providing a special place to create and a day to remember.  Also, much love to Hoang, Dawn, Lisa, Tara, Eric, Mary, Dali, Heather, Daniella, Keri, Doc, Steven, Ray, Kelly and John for vibing with me while I was doing my thing on the decks.  This is by far my best live set ever and I have you all to thank for it!

I had such a blast playing with Hoang and Colin on this final night at NORAD.  The three of us vibed well off of each other all night long and I'm happy with the way the recording turned out.  

We started with a round of 3 tracks each, in the order listed, and then played 1s for the rest of the night.

Infinite Space Yoga 7.27.14 (ISY18)

We had a very special and intimate Rooftop class at Sunset, atop the Von Designs building in Denver.  I really enjoyed collaborating with Cher and meeting some new Yogis.  After class, we all went downstairs and feasted on some delightful food and wine prepared by Chef Robert Mattoch, using ingredients from the Von Designs rooftop garden.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to class, to Jordan Vaughn for hosting this event, Chef Rob for feeding our bellies, and to the lovely Cher Aslor for bringing your delicate, loving energy to class and for being such a thoughtful teacher and all around awesome person!  :)

Rooftop Renew Sunset Yoga 9.13.14

I recorded this mix on November 26, 2017. It was part of my healing process after my friend Tara left this realm. It contains songs and artists that we love, songs that remind me of her, songs that tell her story, my story...our story...and songs that helped me heal.

I never shared it with anyone, until now, partially because it felt too personal, partially because it didn't have a proper ending. Recently, I felt a call to share it so I added an ending to it, and here it is. For those who knew her, I hope it touches your heart and helps you in some way. Enjoy.

In Tibetan Buddhism, "bardo" translates to "intermediate state" or "transitional period". It refers to the states between life, death, and rebirth, including dream states and deep meditation. Bardos can be understood as moments of transition that shape our lives, emphasizing the impermanence of existence and the opportunity for spiritual growth. 

According to Tibetan tradition, the soul lingers in the bardos for 49 days after death. The Six Bardos are transitional states between different life experiences, including life, death, and rebirth. They are: the Bardo of This Life, the Bardo of Meditation, the Bardo of Dream, the Bardo of Dying, the Bardo of Dharmata, and the Bardo of Rebirth.

I had a great time warming up the night and then handing off to my friend Ramona Wouters before Hoj took the decks.  It was great to see so many smiling faces and I'm happy with the way the recording turned out.  I also loved Ramona's set and Hoj was on point as usual.  He played a bunch of edgy stuff that I really enjoyed and really had the dancefloor moving all night long. I recorded this mix on the one year anniversary of my near death experience in the ocean in Todos Santos, Mexico. It has proven to be one of the most intense spiritual experiences of my life. I continue to receive important life lessons which I am forever grateful for and can say with sincerity that my life changed immensely after this experience and I view the world and my path much differently now. I will cherish the magical and mysterious memories of Todos Santos forever. Recording this mix was very therapeutic for me. I hope you enjoy it, and thanks for listening.
