One July afternoon travelling back from college in a ‘kaali peeli’, I rolled up the windows of the rusty old Fiat as it had started drizzling. Confused about how I’ve been forgetting days recently, I really didn’t know how each day was ending and where each day was leading to. I started questioning everything around me. So many things to say, but the only person around me was my Taxi driver and the sound of the raindrops on the taxi’s roof made me feel like the pressure of keeping things inside me was increasing day by day. I tore a piece of paper and used my poetry book as support for both, my feelings and my rhymes. The outcome was this. I really don’t know if this is rap or poetry or any kind of music actually. All i know is that my heart felt lighter and the paper felt heavier after all this.
