BIO

Sam Mukoro was born in the Delta State of Nigeria where he spent most of his early childhood. On completing his secondary education, he had more latitude to explore his passion for music. One way to go was promoting disco shows and flirting with being a DJ in Warri. He had the strong urge of going into music but somehow kept it in check because of his pursuit of academics. He got a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Port Harcourt and Master’s degree in Urban and Regional planning from the University of Ibadan.
Sam became a lecturer in the Federal Polytechnic Auchi in Nigeria where he helped in   invigorating the Students band called PM Jam. With them, he staged live performances, learnt to play the guitar and worked on his song writing craft. He eventually transferred his services to the Federal University of Technology Akure where he helped in forming another Students Band called “The Spanners”.
Sam emigrated to the United States of America in pursuit of his dreams, though now a GIS professional in Georgia, he never departed from his passion for music. Here he comes with two brand new singles titled “Oshevire” and “Stop the Violence” respectively.
