I wanted to create a mix which progressively takes the listener on a journey through the light and uplifting side of drum and bass music, through to the deepest, dark side of the genre. This is soul music, which ever side it's from: light or dark, I resonate with these songs. Starting with some liquid, pulling things back with some atmospheric jungle and steppers, bringing things back up with some deep rollers and finishing with some dank stinkers.
