Lost in Space Radio textured sounds, designed from sounds of a rumbling misting pedestal fan morphed and modulated using some interesting S&H filter action, and layered with digitally processed wind-chimes. The sound of the fan and the chimes are heard unprocessed at the start of the track and lead into their morphed versions.

The Eerie Presence - Morphics - November 2015

The timeless journey of a leaf that is set adrift from the river shore, and then dragged out through a rapid river current. The meandering twists and turns are interrupted by a fishing bird, which swoons down and accidentally grabs the leaf in its talons.  Now airborne and soaring towards the clouds, higher and higher revealing a scenic river valley. The turbulent wind knocks the leaf loose, and it gradually descends down to touch a nearby placid lake. Ripples and gentle breezes, nudge the leaf towards the lakeshore, where it concludes its drifting journey.

‘A dream through lightyears’ is a music track with lush soundscapes beneath soulful Indian music, which builds into an energetic Coldplay-like guitar fusion that paces on until a conclusion with a serene climactic recapitulation of the opening.

The 'Syncretism' series by Visita is about reconciling and channeling different forms and traditions of music into a holistic melange of sounds. Volume 1 explores and draws inspiration from Malian, Celtic and Hindusthani music, all while fusing them with orchestral and contemporary instrumentation and sound design elements, which was possible through a collaboration with Starfish Compass.

Visita is in essence a solo acoustic project, which explores various forms/traditions/genres of music, but it dares to be beyond the music. Visita may be classified as Progressive, Acoustic, World music with a ‘dash of tradition’.

Starfish Compass is an alias identity dawned by Producer, Engineer and Composer Aditya TB, as a platform to express the music within. The style involves an amalgam of using soundscapes and digital orchestral instruments in fusion, infused with live acoustic elements. In Syncretism Vol. 1, Starfish Compass adds various layers that weave in and out of the guitar's song structures, while adding points of interest in mood, and rekindling interesting motifs through subtle variations of melodic phrases and harmony.
