The split EP "My Favorite Ghost" is a first time collaboration between german artists Billion One and The Golden Vortex. Both musicians, originally drummers and knowing each other for quite a while, took the deceleration of life during the first covid 19 lockdown in Germany as a rolemodel, decided to skip the beats this time to go some place new and spaceous.

Billion One is an experimental musician and producer. His style is a mixture of abstract beats, shoegaze melodies and intricate sound design. He is a multi instrumentalist and can play a range of instruments. Billion One's sound is made up of "analog" and "field recordings" which are blended together to give his music a natural sound.

The Golden Vortex is a brand new project by Jan-S. Beyer aka pistole, partly musical director and composer in German theatres but also a dedicated DIY musician and producer. With this project he left his drumset aside and dove into his synthesizer filled studio in search of overflowing soundwalls and epic sonic worlds.

Im Zug - a true love song. Written by Soloman on the train from German North Sea island Norderney back to his home. Reminiscing the time he spent with his girl on the island and longing for the next time he'd be with her. He played the song with his funksoul band and recorded a demo - and when Enno Jesse heard the demo he immediately saw the song's potential in an electronic music environment. Said and done.&#13;
