Fast Forward 25 years and we are on the cusp of robotic automation taking over, in fact AI / machine learning / automated society and super smart robots are closer than you and I might think.  
It is crazy what is happening with technology. I don’t want to be the voice of doom and gloom but what was Sci Fi so many years ago is in fact reality now.
