Much mystery surrounds Hugo, but his music speaks volumes.  Releasing quality music since 2003 and featuring releases and remixes for 20/20 Vision, Kling Klong, Gruuv, Suruba X, Little Helpers, Mobilee and his own OODOO imprint.
This sample product features over 1GB of high quality 24bit samples.  Taking a very loop based approach to the layout, Hugo has delivered some unique and inspirational sounds which are instantly usable and superbly flexible.  Kick loops that go well beyond the traditional 4x4, amazing drum loops, percussions, music loops and basses as well as more weird underground sounds than we’ve ever seen in one collection.
Little Helpers is a conceptual digital label courtesy of Andrew Rasse (a.k.a. Butane) and Sean O'Neal (a.k.a. Someone Else) launched in December 2009.  Currently the 3rd most charted label of 2017 on Resident Advisor and reaching a landmark 300th release with Hot Creations’s Jamie Jones no less, Little Helpers concept, music and philosophy has seen them achieve a cornerstone position in the underground scene.

Little Helpers pres Vol.10 Hugo (Minimal, Deep & Tech)

Samplestate present Essential Lo-Fi House, an expansive collection of beats sourced from analogue hardware, hits, vocals and music loops which are soaked in saturation, character and vibe.  Hard pushed tape reels, glowing valves, dusty stomp boxes, and classic pre-amps that come to life when the red-line get hit and pushed beyond. 

Bringing together all the elements you need to produce music in the style of labels such as Lobster Theremin, L.I.E.S, Shall Not Fade, Unknown II, The Unknown and artists including DJ Seinfeld, Ross From Friends, DJ Boring, Fabio Monesi and Mall Grab.
Classic drum machines like the TR-909 and TR-808, routed through a vintage desks before being smashed to a classic Reel-To-Reel tape machine’s or old school cassette recorders to give an amazingly unique drum loop and one shots folders.

The synth and pad loops were created with a Roland Juno and digital Korg combo before being processed via valves, tape, pre-amps and old analogue filters.
The extensive Drum Hit and Chord/Stab sections were treated in various ways,  valves, tapes, guitar stomp boxes, germanium fuzz, cheap compressors, MPC style bit reduction and transformers culminating in a selection packed with noisy Lo-Fi flavours.

We’ve also included sugar coated Rhodes loops, smashed through vintage desks and burnt to tape, a bitter-sweet vocal section and collection of disco loops to cater for the varied styles and moods of Lo-Fi sub genres.
The Drum Loops folders include 30 full drum loops with multiple variations of each beat and 79 top and percussion loops designed to glue the included kick and clap hits together into the ultimate Lo-Fi groove.
Music Loops are split into Synth Loops, Pad Loops, Bass Loops, Rhodes Loops and Disco Loops ranging from warm dusty flavours to smashed burnt out remnants of sound.
The one-shot folders include some of the most vibe laden Drum Hits, Vocals, Stabs, Chords, Pads, Machine Noise FX, and Sound FX we’ve ever heard.
This pack comes in three main formats, Ableton, Apple or standard Wav as well as Music Loops, Drum Loops and One Shots and Sampler formats only.

While labels and fellow DJ’s continue to take notice, Daniel has shown the world that gritty underground records can also produce impressive sales numbers. His collaborative remix of Nina Simone's Sinnerman was the highest selling number one record on Beatport in 2011, and occupied the top spot for longer than any other release that year.. After numerous successful releases on other labels, 2012 saw Daniel launched his own record label DV8.

Underground Raw Techno

The groove-laden three-track release represents a clear departure from the darker techno
sound of TRICK’s maiden release ‘Watch What Ya Doing’ - further demonstrating Topping’s
versatility as a producer. Kicking off proceedings, the EP’s title track is underpinned by an
infectious vocal sample and the funkiest of beats. While over on the B-side, ‘Let Wa Gan’ is a
darker, moodier number and ‘Galaxy’, featuring the scintillating vocals of Liset Alea, is a
celestial melodic stomper. The collaboration with Liset came about after Topping heard her
vocals on Alex Kid’s ‘Don’t Hide It’. The track quickly became a staple in his sets and he
made the decision to reach out to the Cuban-born singer shortly after.

Play It Say It look to Malaga born DJ and producer Cuartero for their next serving of dance floor dynamite.

Cuartero long broke out of the confines of his small home island, and is now a well recognised name on the global dance scene. He's as likely to be headlining in Ibiza as he is playing somewhere in Chile or returning to regular festivals like BPM. He's released his music on key contemporary tech house labels like Hot Creations, ViVa Music and Moon Harbour as well as his own CUARTEROCONCEPT, and it is fresh, forward looking stuff that breaks from the usual confines of the genre.

He kicks off here with the brilliantly busy and bristling ‘Micromaya,’ a turbo-charged tech cut with driving drums and chopped up vocal samples. It’s full of energy and cannot fail to blow up the floor. The equally high tempo ‘Pa Chu’ then hits hard with big rubbery kicks, vocals that pan around the mix in disorientating fashion and techno leaning percussion. It’s pure, high grade dancing music, make no mistake.

The goodness continues on ‘Aire Libre’, which has more slick studio techniques chopping up vocals and deft little samples into an ever evolving patchwork of sounds that keep you on your toes. Spinning hi hats and choppy chords are brilliantly restless and impossible to resist. Last of all, the excellent ‘Part of the Beautiful’ is more spaced out, with lush chords bring a dreamy feel as the drums race along and sci-fi sounds peel off the high speed grooves.

This is first class, inventive house music squarely aimed at the dance floor.

Dudley has built on the string of residencies across the UK after consolidating his reputation as a resident of the notorious Back To The Future parties. Dudley has honed his skills warming up for the likes of Terry Francis, Phil Weeks, Eddie Richards and Brett Johnson subsequently opening the door to an international circuit with gigs in Mexico for Comunite festival, as well as appearing on The Boiler Room, and at other well­ known clubs such as the Sisyphos, Weekend club, Golden Gate, the now closed Space Ibiza & Griessmuehle in Berlin as well has just completing his debut North America tour, with dates in for NYC, Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago, Vancouver and Seattle.

As much at home in the studio as he is in front of a pair of turntables, releasing a steady string of music both individually and collaboratively with artists such as David Gtronic & TIJN, in addition to appearances on Leftback, Pleasure Zone, Inermu Wax, Ovum, Little Helpers, Kina music, Vekton Black, IK7, Chord, Stardub & Made of Concrete. This upcoming year is also set to see EPs and tracks released on Pleasure Zone, Curtea Veche, Vatos Locos, Pathway Traxx and his own Leftback label.

In Vol.14 Dudley continues the Little Helpers series moving into new territory.  Featuring a large folder of crisp and rolling minimal beats, a music loops folder and wide selection of one-shots for you next minimal, deep or tech production.

Drum loops come either full constructed with their kick-free versions,  and are complimented by an extensive add-on collection of component loops.  Add-on hats, kicks, clap & snare, as well as percussion loops are present so either add to a full loop or quickly generate new loops from scratch.
