I wanted to be brutally honest with myself and my fans because I know expressing my struggle is the best therapy for myself and the ones listening. Most of Love Hz is tuned to the solfeggio scale - 417Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz, 852Hz, 963Hz - as opposed to the standard 440Hz tuning. I have found, in comparison, that these frequencies calm my anxiety, and overall vibrate my body in a way that feels healing. When it stops I miss it.
