OMFG I didn't realise this was recorded. I was there! 5pm in the afternoon, first 'big' name to play that day/night and he nailed it. Better than Carl Cox, Chemical Brothers and Josh Wink later in the evening. :)

@jefff: Yeah - for some reason I didnt record it when I transferred to mp3 but there is a segment with Jo Whiley and John Peel before the set starts and some other radio 1 peeps talking about how he was raising the levels early on with a 25 minute set...  Bosh!

This is the definitive set that turned me on to techno. I didnt get to see him on the night (15 years ago!) but thankfully my aunt recorded it for when we got back!Dave spins for a short 25 minutes, with the late great John Peel chipping in every now and then.
