Great concept for this E.P, the songs flow really well into each other, like a sort of mix tape of different feelings and thoughts.

Been there myself, worked until I burned out completely, not nice at all. It's all about balance, you need to do things to make yourself feel worth something but at the same time remember that nothing can make you forget yourself if you are not cool with who you are :) Great lyrics!

About: This is about my experience with workaholism. I go looking for ways to fill this void I had filled for so long with the idea of loving another person. The only thing I find is money and work. I don't care about anybody in my way. It's all about me. No socializing, no family, no friends, and nobody understands it until it happens to them. This was, like Independence Day, not an easy song for me to write. 

Regarding the name - the racial connotation is that although I'm white, I treat MYSELF the way the owner would treat their slave.
