Samuel Nobles is a Philadelphia-based composer and performer. Primarily a pianist and bassist, he has composed for a variety of films and shows, including the IFC feature film “Greener Grass,” and TruTV’s network television show, “Adam Ruins Everything.” Samuel has scored films that premiered at SXSW, Sundance, and Cannes. With his newest piano LP, “How Sweet You Are,” Samuel celebrates pockets of beauty, love, and grace, both in the natural world and in the people we meet. Samuel recorded the album in his home studio; it features not only the resonance of his muted piano, but also it’s clicks, it’s creaks, and the occasional passing car.
