I saw,
it lying there,
on the table,
where I eat.

It was,
not moving,
I wasn't so,
convinced that we,

were treading lightly,
the metal,
mechanism,
squeeze,
a tighter,
feeling,
that is pushing,
against me.

When

Maybe it was fun,
so I thought it all the time.
Nights won't seem so long,
if I was committing crime.

But I was so scared.

I was only a teen,
living in pipe dreams.
That was all I could see,
meant the world to me.

First drew out my name,
I could see my time had come.
Thought it was a game,
but won't forget the things I've done.

Playing Games

I could swear that she,
was the only one for me.
But she left me feeling

She walked out on me,
I was begging at her feet.
