Listen with Headphones, 
because otherwise you miss 90% of the sounds.

This is Strong Meditation and it is deeply healing when you allow the sound vibrations of the Gongs take you to little journey and have moment of deep relaxation.

Allow your self now take break from everything 
Lay down or sit in good posture.
Take few very deep breaths,
Inhale through nose and exhale every bit air out through mouth.
Then continue breathing and feeling your belly expanding and relaxing.
If there comes thoughts, let this thoughts come and let this thoughts go, always bringing back your focus on the sound of the Gongs and your breathing.

This Meditation helps your reconnect with your higher self and it helps your body and mind have moment of deep relax, this strengthens the immune system while lowering stress levels.
The Gong Meditation can be Spiritual Experience and sensation of ecstatic feeling of well being and true abundance. According to ancient philosophy, sudden realization of spiritual knowledge (spontaneous philosophical insight) is the greatest healer for the ills of humanity’s existence.
Different tones of the Gongs resonate in different part of the body, can be felt in different physical sensations. The Sound from the Gongs, fullness of resonance slows down the brain rhythms to alpha and theta frequencies.
  

Lay down or sit with your spine straight in good posture,
Way that your body can have moment of deep relaxation.
Listen the Meditation with your whole body and bring your focus to your hearth it automatically helps you get centered with yourself, it helps you come to the present moment and experience the abundance within.
Let your breath be soft and gentle, don’t force it, let it flow.
