I honestly thing that it will sound better with the human voice.

It's actually a sung version of the nth Vocal Improv Transcribed for Piano which I uploaded last year. The tune was originally sung before transcribed for piano so one can say that it changed back into its original form.

We need to be more aware of the efficacy of natural remedies, especially during these times. The lyric is hinting at lack of knowledge. That is the knowledge I care about at the moment.
