The movement meditation mix of my third practice lab for The 360 Emergence.

This lab is an exploration of the spacious landscapes within and around.
Remembering our universal connectedness to the sky above and the earth below. 
Allowing curiosity to be the guide, expanding awareness in all directions - physically/energetically - visibly/invisibly.
A journey of remembrance - what we are made of, why we are here, and how we may gracefully and thoughtfully move forward - visibly/invisibly.  
A call to action.
