José Urquiaga, known as Urquiaga, is a Chilean DJ, producer, and musician from Curicó, now based in Santiago. His passion for music began early, leading him to explore various musical projects and master both string and percussion instruments.

He started DJing in 2017, performing at local parties in Curicó before becoming involved with some of Chile’s most notable club nights and party collectives. His sets are dynamic and high-energy, blending raw techno, hardgroove, hypnotic rhythms, sci-fi influences, and related styles.

Kabay, a self-proclaimed club shaman, explores the deep connection between electronic music and the human psyche. His sound blends ritualistic rhythms, breakbeat energy, and immersive sound design, creating hypnotic experiences that resonate with both mind and body.

With releases on respected labels like Clergy (Tribe of Liberation EP) and Bipolar Disorder Records (Mind Games EP), Kabay continues to shape his evolving sonic identity. His boundary-pushing sets have left a mark at key UK events like Meat Free, HØL, and PLTFRM FSTVL.

Based in Cologne, Redfocks has been DJing for over 12 years, blending house and techno with touches of dub and hip-hop. A regular behind the decks at venues like Amp for Endstation Sehnsucht and Fusion Club, she’s a familiar face in the local scene.

She is also an active community organiser – a member of the Wir Schwestern collective and a founder of Qties, a space for collaboration and creativity among FLINTA* artists, with a focus on neurodivergent voices. Her sets are fluid and wide-ranging, always bringing something unexpected to the floor.

This mix builds gently, featuring many of her all-time favourites along with a few recent discoveries. She aimed to create something she would enjoy dancing to, but also something that works for listening on the move.

As an autistic person, Redfocks often finds it difficult to be in club environments and rarely feels relaxed enough to stay long. Playing her own sets provides a sense of safety and calm that’s hard to find elsewhere. Having this mix released by BCCO is a meaningful moment for her.
