In January 2002 I entered a remix competition on Dutch VPRO Radio 3FM. 
You could win exclusive tickets to the album release party of The Chemical Brothers' brandnew album 'Come With us', in Barcelona.
You could either remix or cover a Chemical Brothers track or make an original album sleeve. I remixed one of my favorite tracks from their first album 'Exit Planet Dust' , In Dust We Trust. 
Together with one other contester (Joeri Tibbesma), I won.
On 25 January 2002, the winners flew to Barcelona,  accompanied by their brothers (how appropriate)including someone from the record label and reporter Koen Poolman from Dutch music-magazine OOR. We had a great time in Barcelona seeing the Chemical Brothers live, where they did a funky DJ set of exclusive new album material.
Technical background: this remix is made with my old Atari 1040, Akai sampler and the Roland MC 505 Groovebox!
