This song may be the only survivor to carry over to the Sandy Mentals from the old Kittyhawk days.  We recorded it for the never-released 2nd Kittyhawk CD.  Beyond the fact that we really like it a lot and are sad that it never got released, it also just feels like it's somewhat in tune with the newer material so we're resurrecting it.  This recording was unfinished but all the parts are there. The piano is a keyboard that we intended to replace with a real piano but...eh... :).  Featured players are Rick Cutler on drums, Glenn Nataupsky on bass, Pier Giacalone on Acoustic Guitar, Lap Steel and Mandolin, and of course the true genius (she's gonna kill me for that) Jen Giacalone on vocals.  I'll be damned if I can remember the pianist's full name.  It was Tim, and he was awesome and I'm going to find out from Rick what his full name is.  This was recorded at my great friend Jeremy Tressler's studio "Dreamflower" in Bronxville, NY in 2005.

Christmas Time

Solo dicking around by Pier.  Frank Schlupp on drum kit.   Some music to celebrate surviving a fucking horrible winter....

Live instruments = Bass, Guitar, Drum kit.  All Indian percussion and every other freaking sound came from samples played on a keyboard.  The Hammond is the VB3 software.
