Love is the center for all that matters. ÂMO is a release inspired by all the love in our lives, love of friends, family, pets, and that special someone. With this inspiration Willian Pires has formed the Vinyl release sector of his Casa Do Conde' label working with close and trusted friends. The first 12' vinyl press features Willian's Original Mix along with three remixes from Luke Hunter, Starkato, and Rafael Paste. The A side' original structures itself around DEEP feeling elements, yet blending an intensity of TECH that makes everyone dance! Special moments in the break-down invite an attractive female vocal calling out into the embrace of a warm reverb that brings an amazing ambiance to the dancefloor. The second track on the A2 side' is the Luke Hunter Remix. This version re-interprets the unfolding evolution of each element to keep the core groove, then introduces a multilayered tapestry of melodic synthesis that elevates the listener into a moment of bliss that pushes the room to another level. The third track on the B1 side' is from artist Starkato. The Starkato Remix focuses on the energetic side, the ups and downs of an emotional rollercoaster that comes with the experience of Affection and Love. Developing the smooth original sounds into more of a Tech House groove, the remix takes the listener on a journey through different phases of empathy, reinterpreting the sounds while still bearing resemblance to the atmosphere of the original. Years of music flow between these two artists but the real synergy takes place when these great minds come together behind the decks or in the studio. Collaboratively Franccesco Cardenas and Luke Hunter fuse as one under the title SanedracHunter and the two have already made a name in Miami and are now expanded to both coasts with Franccesco Cardenas "Sanedrac" in the West in San Francisco and Luke Hunter "Hunter" in the East holding down Miami. 

SanedracHunter have been playing together for nearly a decade and have been honored to perform 5 year consecutively at Ultra Music Festival Miami and thru major venues in San Francisco as Harlot and Public Works and in Miami at Treehouse, Space, Mansion, 90.5FM and Klangbox.FM and TBA Brooklyn, Burningman, and more.
Teaming up in 2014 both members of SanedracHunter and SpinnZinn have launched Typ3 Records a Miami-San Francisco based Electronic label.

Onset 1982, Franccesco Cardenas grew up in Miami Florida constantly submersed in the best of Electronic music. With Nicaraguan roots and musical influences spreading from John Lennon to John Digweed, Franccesco began mixing things up in year 2000 and has been on an endless incline ever since. His desire to more deeply understand the qualities of sound led him through his engineering foothold at SAE in 2004. Even beyond the studio he's constantly exposing himself to new sounds, multiple genres, events, venues, sights, tastes, anything and everything plays part to influence the musical soul.

Then comes the second half, born and raised in Central Florida Luke Hunter first found his love for electronic music amongst the late 90's rave scene streaming through the state. With a passion for good music Luke set forth at an early age to pursue the dynamics of audio and quality sound. Each and every venue, show and event is taken as a complete experience into sound that maintains the high standard of production and discerning ear that first lead Luke to his love of music.

For Luke, every musical endeavor is an opportunity to create a completely new experience through sound. He strives to maintain and exceed his high standard of production and discerning ear that first led him to his love of music. His DJ sets and productions venture through a range of sounds from techno, tech, deep, progressive and minimal, while blurring genre lines. Luke has performed Performing in clubs around the world alongside and opened for artists including  Guy J, ArtBat, Lee Burridge, Timo Maas, Dave Seaman, Jeremy Olander, Guy Mantzur, Richie Hawtin, CID Inc, Scuba, Nick Curly, Robert Babicz, Len Faki, Chris Fortier, Stryke, Popof, Darin Epsilon, Dance Spirit and more. His music has been remixed by Robert Babicz and charted with support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo.
