This is part of an audio blog series I've decided to create, since the idea for an internet radio show is not yet realized. I enjoy talking about things like mind/body connection and health, dimensional realities, alternate realities, time/space, quantum physics, consciousness, spirituality, matters involving heart-based love(or lack of it), and pretty much anything that is not boring(in my opinion) like movie stars and the latest clothing or electronic fad. ha

In recent years there has been a revival of approaches which give greater autonomy to distinctively political thought, which can be called ‘political realism’, in contrast to ‘political moralism’. Creating Communities In Which We Want to Live

The purpose of San Francisco Zen Center is to make accessible and embody the wisdom and compassion of the Buddha as expressed in the Soto Zen tradition established by Dogen Zenji in 13th-century Japan and conveyed to us by Suzuki Roshi and other Buddhist teachers. Our practice flows from the insight that all beings are Buddha, and that sitting in meditation is itself the realization of Buddha nature, or enlightenment.
