DJs make sets. Every set is a collection of choices. Sometimes It is heavily curated, but often the choices are only loosely connected. However it is about something. 
I struggle with this concept. I feel if a mix set can be about one thing, it also can be about nothing. Because good music often has nothing to do with each other, therefore they are connected.
Liminality is a mix series started as a small experiment. It is not about genre, mood, or style. Or perhaps it is about all of them. I've only focused on the choices that I made at the very moment more than anything. All the elements in this collection are, at the end of the day, liminal.
I hope listening to these mixes is rather an unusual but pleasant experience for you.
