SANGLORIANS: Heavy modern powerpop. Dreamtime poetry. Orchestral impressions. Irrepressible hooks. Bandleader Daniel Brummel (vox/lead guitar) toured the world tirelessly in Ozma, Spain, and The Elected before forming the mighty Sanglorians in 2010. Their debut album "Initiation" was mixed by Chris Fudurich (Nada Surf, Grouplove) and released on October 23, 2013. Brummel's angular melodies are joyfully executed with sex appeal by Morgan Paros (violin/vox) and Ihui Wu (trumpet/keys/vox), and tightly reinforced by the beastly rhythm section of Jonathan Gomez (guitar), Jeremy Keeler (bass), and Matt Mayhall (drums). 

Sanglorians' primary influences include Arcade Fire, Metric, Muse, and Weezer (with whom Brummel has written, recorded, and performed).
