«deRuny» band’s compositions present you nice and harmonic combination of Ukrainian and Celtic traditional music wrapped with modern beats. The style can be defined as ethno-fusion or, maybe, Ukrainian-Celtic rock. «deRuny» repertoire consists of Ukrainian, Breton, Irish and Balkan songs reworked with author arrangements. 

Combining Irish reels with Ukrainian ceremonial songs appeared to be very convenient and powerful since melodies and rhythms of both cultures have a lot in common.
