MeowMeow & BowWow is the second EP in the series of video game tribute albums by Dj CUTMAN and Spamtron. Their first collaboration was Bagu and the Riverman, which later became the seed for The Triforce of Bass. Now, the duo has turned their focus to the classic title for Nintendo Gameboy, Link's Awakening. 

Dj CUTMAN writes: 
We selected seven songs that represented the significant steps in Link's journey, from awakening on the mysterious island of Koholint, to rediscovering his legendary weapon, traversing the country side, traveling through forests and dungeons, and climbing a mountain to meet the fabled Wind Fish. 

If you're familiar with the game, you'll take extra pleasure in listening to the album in-sequence. If you didn't play Link's Awakening, I hope you can still derive the sense of adventure and excitement the game created for me.

Battle vs. Trainer (Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow) #Pokemon20

I have to admit, I never played any of the Layton games, but as soon as I stumbled upon this theme, oh gosh. Fell in love with the soundtrack and the style of everything it has to offer instantly. 

This is my rather upbeat take on it, with some electro synthy stuff while keeping the song structure mostly the same. Took more work than expected, but all of it went smoothly enough and I'm really happy with the outcome of this.

The now famous third anthem we made Kenët and me for our good old friend "Unreal".

I composed the main melody and arpeggio chords progression and Kenët did all the rest, especially the wonderfull leads :)

You probably heard this tune before in (lots off) keygen/warez menu, in hundred different versions on YouTube, but THIS ONE is the original, released in september 2001 in the Rebel's chipmusicdisk #1 (http://pouet.net/prod.php?which=3604).
