I will be playing vinyl as background music for the monthly "Sound Wave" event at the HAYAMA UMINO HOTEL, one of the weekend events featuring artists with ties to Hayama city, JAPAN.
The HAYAMA UMINO HOTEL is a seaside hotel on the beautiful Miura Peninsula, in a great location. "Umi" means Sea in Japanese.

In three hours, I played Ambient Wave for one hour, Tropical Wave for the second hour, and Dance Wave for the third hour, all based on "Sound Wave" in accordance with the ocean.

It was a really fun! I was actually playing at the place in this picture :)
It's a challenging theme for me because it feels like a seaside sunset, not the smoky atmosphere of a nightclub.

This is the data of the Tropical Wave with a part of the Dance Wave. Actually, I am sorry that I did not record well and lost 2 hours...

"Sound Wave" at HAYAMA UMINO HOTEL on 14th Oct. 2023

I’m pleased to present the second live DJ performance of Sound Wave at the Hayama Umino Hotel. 
Last time I failed to record and only lasted one hour, but this time I was able to record everything.
 In the hotel's spacious lobby, guests are eating, working, to comfort a baby, and many other things. The sound was not disturbing in such a situation. However, I am trying to create a world view that is not just background music played from a CD.

The town of Hayama is located on the Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa, Japan. 
This was the third edition of Sound Wave held at HAYAMA UMINO HOTEL, located in its best location.

Since it was just before Christmas, we created a winter-like atmosphere including gospel music.
As soon as I started DJing, I had a glass of wine and a terrible mix...

The third edition of Yin Yang took place at Vacation, a beloved DJ bar nestled in the seaside town of Zushi, just outside of Tokyo.

Our special guest was @kaysuzuki  , a London-based label owner, DJ, and multi-producer known for his diverse musical vision.
Representing the local scene were @peachonfuse , who recently returned to her hometown of Hayama after years in Berlin, and Sanshiro, one of Japan’s obscure record diggers and author of a cult record book, now also based in Hayama.

Each DJ originally had one slot, but Kay blessed us with a second set , making the night feel all the more special.

Instead of a strictly house or dance-focused vibe, each set was a deeply personal and eclectic selection, full of surprises and individuality.
